Cancellation Policy
• Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure we can start your appointment on time.
• If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file.
• If you are more than 9 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and 50% of the service will be charged.
• No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file.
• I do not offer refunds, but please reach out within 24–48 hours if there is an issue with your service.
